We stopped here on our first trip down to Salem since moving to Portland. Loved it! Can’t get anything this close to the real thing in Portland. Service was super fast and the pizza was great. Loved the atmosphere in the place, great place to sit and chat.

Straight From New York Pizza has awesome pizza! Me and my girlfriend both hot the slice and salad combo. Katy also got a can of rose wine and said it was very tasty. The salad bowl was amazing! The service was excellent. Highly recommended when your in Salem Oregon!

Great quality pizza. I’ve had 7 different of their pizzas on the menu and they’ve all been great. I usually judge pizza on whether I want to eat the crust or not, and they have crust worth eating. Definitely the pizza you can fold in half, just like East Coast style pizza.

One of the best gluten free pizzas we’ve had. And I LOVE how they don’t skimp on their toppings. You definitely get your money’s worth. Fresh, hot, gooey pizza with lots of toppings — yum! Our only complaint was that the garlic that we had put on as a topping had obviously not been roasted first; so it was tart and had a bite to it because it hadn’t been cooked enough. Garlic should really be roasted before being used as a topping.

The man on the phone didn’t let me cancel the order that I paid for. He told me that there was nothing that they could do because they were already making it. And when I called back again to ask if they could make it well done, he said that it was already in the box. DOMINOS HAS A REFUND POLICY, so why doesn’t straight from New York?? Very disappointed. WILL NOT BE BUYING AGAIN

Went in to buy gift card. Was told they didn’t do gift cards but their other store up the road did. Took me a bit to find the other store. Had a really small parking lot – like 5 spaces that were already taken. Took for ever to find a place to park. Got gift certificate. Only good thing out of this was that the original store did say they accepted the gift cards from their other store. But am still shaking my head at ordeal I went thru for the gift card. We will see if it actually works. I have my fingers crossed.

The pizza wasn’t bad or amazing, crust was good but the rest did not hit the mark. Seating area was decent, a little small, but cozy and not crowded. The staff was friendly and outgoing, pretty chill place overall.
