The food and service is great! Would be a five star but the tables and bathrooms are disappointingly small and the menu options are expensive for their portion sizes.

Best sushi I’ve ever had anywhere! Really creative rolls and delicious. Highly recommend the Kiva roll and the dirty Vegas. If you aren’t much of a fish person the Verde roll is a great option, or the steak- surprisingly best steak you can get in Cortez by far.

The food was incredible! I had the salmon roll as well as a seared tuna roll. Both were flavorful. I also had the Pad Thai which was spicy but also delicious

They muddle drinks and have a happy hour what more is there to say. Make sure to check out the specials menu. I didn’t catch it and missed out on the salmon belly and Thai mussels 🙁 ….I just wish I could go back. Make sure to sit at the bar. The bartender is super sweet. I am in love with Cortez all around.
