Poor Service, Worse Management

Went in to and asked about carry out. Restaurant was less than half full. Hostess was very nice and said we could order at the bar. We did so and were the only people at the bar. Long story short, it took an hour for three stir fry orders. Bartender was very nice, and checked a few times to see where the order was. He disappeared after going back to the kitchen for a third time – probably out of embarrassment. After an hour, the manager came out with order , handed it to us and walked away. Said nothing. Another staff member (not a manager) apologized for him. I suggest hiring someone with maturity and professionalism to run the show there at Legacy Village.

An awesome experience! I went there for lunch with my family and it was really great. I loved the decor and the servers are nice. I made my own stir fry with all of my favorites. My daughter also made her own stir fry and she’s normally a picky eater. I think having the options to put in what you want really helps. I look forward to going back soon.

I had THE WORST experience today. For starters I wait for 45 minutes to get my lunch (carry out). By the time I received my food it was COLD. I was NOT boxed properly, there was sauce all over the bag (inside and out) because it leaked everywhere. The look alone was unappetizing. I called to speak to the manager and was advised “he is unwilling to take my call”. Then asked if I wanted to leave a message. I have never been more disappointed in a restaurant experience.

Worst place. Disrespectful staff. I called to place my order that I was going to pick up before my shift started (I’m a physician). I took into account that the food may be late and placed my order an hour before I actually had to be in the hospital. I was told on the phone “your order would be ready in 18 minutes” I arrived at the place by the 20 minute mark. Firstly, I stood at the door unseated for 10 minutes. Eventually I sat myself at the bar. I had to grab a waitress and say I’m here for my order and she shouted back”were busy it’ll be 30 minute wait for a table”. Didn’t even listen I wasn’t here for a table. I waited for 50 minutes with no sign of anyone looking for my order but stating that they have.

Interesting atmosphere with decent Asian dishes. I rather enjoy choosing my veggies and toppings at the make your own dish bar. It is also cool to see them stirfry the ingredients at the wok station. There are plenty of options to choose from with countless combinations to mix and match.

Literally best Asian food. You can create your own stir fry and choose all the vegetables and sauces to put in it. You get to go up and watch them cook in front of you. The servers are great. Robin and Michael are the best and have been extremely helpful each time I go.

The food was amazing and was great quality for the price. However, the service was bad and the food came out cold. The order was wrong and refills took a while. One time on the way to the bathroom the waitress was on her phone at the bar. Good food. Bad experience.

Surpise costs, and not worth it (will cost up to 3 times as much than listed cost on the menu in the fresh market bar). I have to give stir crazy some credit because they do have excellent service, and it isn’t very crowded, and the food isn’t bad. The reason it’s only 2 stars but not 3 stars is it really pissed me off when I got my check. They were not very clear on their menu about the costs. From the Fresh Market bar it listed choices for meat that ranged from 3 dollars or so and up to maybe 7, and 11 for a veggie one. There were no other costs listed besides a fried rice bowl for extra dollar fifty on the menu. I looked in other places close to the section I wanted to order from but there was no indication of why my meal was 18 dollars when it said about 4 and half dollars for choosing the ultimate which is chicken beef and shrimp. I would’ve choose something different if they would’ve included the extra $12-13 dollars that were in addition to choosing your meat option but it was not displayed anywhere near the fresh market bar section of the menu, and I doubt anywhere else on the menu. I was at stir crazy for a friend’s birthday party, and since I am 14 years old I do not have much money to spend. I had $25 in my wallet and u figured I would use about 5 or 6 for stir crazy because that was the price listed on the menu, and part of the rest for something else with my friends the next day or so, and I still would’ve had money left over. But, stir crazy had “surprise costs” that were not listed in the menu or at least not to a normal person I bet they stretched the rule somewhere. So those surprise costs, tax, and tip all costed me $25 dollars and I didn’t give an incredibly generous tip considering my service. I had a total of $21.19 without tip. So if you plan to spend a lot more than is listed on the menu or for at least that section (up to 3 times as much) then stir crazy is right for you, but otherwise I would not recommend it unless they change their prices or at least make them more visible or easier to understand. I will never go back to this place again, the food wasn’t even that great compared to other upscale Asian places such as wasabi or benihana or something like that. Such a rip off it and it seems like they use cheap low quality ingredients for noodles and chicken.

Never going there again. My friend was nearly finished with her meal when I had to flag another waitress down and ask about mine. When it was finally delivered, the waiter said it was “put aside,” whatever that meant. Our waitress never came to check on us. Had to flag someone else down for more sauce. After the bill came, had to walk to the bar to pay the bill because waitress never came back. Enough.
