Great food, atmosphere, and service here. The smoked pulled pork tacos, soft pretzel with beer cheese, and 3 pig sandwich we got here were all so good! The outside patio area was nice and sheltered from the summer sun, and the people running the place were really friendly. Will definitely come again!

My husband and I ate here last Sunday lunchtime. We started with onion rings which were really great. I had a makeshift brisket sandwich with fries. They give you a chunk of brisket and I made myself a sandwich. The brisket was bland not much smoke flavor and it wasn’t seasoned. Adding house made sauce made it better but not much.

My husband and I walk here from our house in Crossroads. Its a favorite destination and we get our steps in!! The food is always good as well as the service. We really like sitting outside and enjoy the friendly atmosphere.

I am not sure why I am surprised at the Smokehouse anymore. Tonight, we purchased three racks of ribs. Two of them were not bad…not great, but ok. The third was almost inedible. Could hardly get the meat off of the bone. I also have had other things from them that were just ok. Sorry, just can’t go here anymore.

This is a great little spot! The food is delicious, cooked perfectly and portioned appropriately. They have a great selection of craft brews and you can even take home a mix six pack from the cooler! Highly recommended!

We have eaten here before and the food was good. Last night there was one server for eight tables. Once we sat down it was over a half hour before she could take our order. We ordered ribs and later we were told they were out. We got brisket instead, and it was not a substitute for ribs. There was a loudmouth at the bar spewing profanities with little kids present. We eat out every Sat night and are always looking for a new place to go. Not here anymore.

Great food and nice atmosphere, cold beer, and fresh cut fries. Docking 1 star for the lack of mask wearing by employees. I get letting the guests do what they want, but at least make the servers who serve and handle your food wear masks. Other than that, outdoor seating was properly distanced with umbrellas for shade, and the food was great. You get a good portion of meat and fries, and the fries are seasoned deliciously and fresh cut hot. Beer was ice cold.

If I could give this sad excuse of customer service minded place a 0 I would. General manager informed me by FB messenger Id be able to order 5lbs of pit beef for Saturday. When I called, the nasty, arrogant and rude woman who answered the phone told me no. We do not do that. I said I contacted your site on FB messenger and was rold you could. She said well im sorry but the GM is pulled in so many different directions that she doesnt know what goes on here. Well…..that’s obviously not good business. The people you have seeing eye to eye and speaking to clients willing to spend money in your business are atrocious! I was put on hold without anyone saying a word. Then the nasty “Manager” keeps informing me over and over after I was told by the apparent GM who has no clue what goes on in the place of business. I will never recommend, purchase or give and good reviews to your company! Ever! To the GM, I suggest you find employees who will grow your business instead of blame you for being unaware of whats going on and turning money away!

Small restaurant but had a lot of outdoor seating. Great atmosphere and very friendly service. I had the shark bait burger with waffle fries. Really good food. Highly recommend.
