I love this place,I’ve tried almost everything from here.The fried green tomatoes are to die for! You wanna talk about shrimp? This is by far the best place to get shrimp from here to Florida! The service is always fantastic and Steve and the girls go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy yourself.

We had to wait for a while but it was well worth it! The food was great. Cooked to order, we ordered the chicken strip and two half and half (shrimp & oysters). Took some home for the next day! The waitress staff was friendly and we had two or three checking to see if we needed anything.

We were in town for the state wrestling tournament & were craving steak for dinner. As Steve’s was located near my hotel, & after seeing sign “ Steaks & Seafood” on front of building we decided to try this restaurant. Am I ever glad we did! My sister & I split the ribeye which was a sufficient portion for each of us. It was delicious, juicy, tender & cooked perfectly. The restaurant was crowded so we decided to eat @ the bar. Service was excellent! We began our meal with a very generous pouring of wine. We had the opportunity to meet the owner & learned our server along with several other employees had been with him for 20 plus years. At the end of our meal the owner had us try a sample of the fried shrimp…so delicious! We will definitely return!!!

Hands down the best fried shrimp and catfish in macon, and believe it or not one of the best burgers. I went here one day and was not in the mood for seafood and ordered the mushroom and Swiss burger and it was amazing.
