Had lunch here today. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s a little expensive for lunch, but the portions were enormous. Cora was on point, coleslaw tasty. The brisket was tough and a little dry. Ribs fell off the bone. Jalapeño chutney is delicious but watch for the heat! Overall good, recommend.

Great food! Had the pulled pork sandwich and potato salad. The sandwich was loaded full of pulled pork so I did have to bring half home for dinner. Barbecue sauce added a nice zing to the flavor of the pork. Slow day, yet the employees were still attentive. One even delivered our food to the table. Strongly recommend going for a meal or order take out!

Mid-afternoon late lunch of chopped brisket, fries, pickled Jalepeno and sweet tea. Both Spicy and mild bbq sauce Each item I tasted was very good. The service was very nice too!

We had the four rib dinner and the loaded baked potato with turkey. The potato deserves a 4 stars. The ribs we burnt, dry, and unedable. Wasted forty dollars ton. Too bad because we love bbq.

Great rib/BBQ restaurant. Have been getting ribs and fixens for our 4th of July dinners from the location on west 2nd street for years. This new location off I-35 will be much more convient. Stopped in for a snack and they had the same tasty BBQ as the one to the west. Noticed the also had cobbler, yum.

Sorry, I can’t say my experience was good. I had the loaded baked potato with brisket… the brisket didn’t taste smoked/BBQ at all… more like done in a crock pot maybe. It looked more like meaty mush. I scraped the meat off and ate the potato.

Food is the definition of mediocre. The pricing on everything is CRAZY and not competitive with other places around the area. Better bbq can be had within a short drive at a better price. For what it’s worth the staff are very nice though.
