I haven’t been here in a long time. Hubby and I ate burgers. I subbed spicy potatoes for my fries. The mushroom burger has a huge portobello mushroom on it. The onion straws were good too. Rolls came with 2 different butters. Appetizer of choice was crab stuffed mushrooms. Everything was really good. Can’t wait til next time.

My wife and I stopped there on our way home from Ohio Bird Sanctuary. Our first time there. We were greeted and seated right away. We loved the old time lodge atmosphere. There were specials for Saturday, one being a 9 oz steak meal with salad and one side which is what my wife and I both ordered. The salad had some of the freshest iceberg lettuce I’ve had in a salad. Very tasty. The steaks were done as asked and everything was very tasty. If you are in the area we would recommend you stop by and have dinner.

This is our second time there and recently and we won’t go back. My sister in laws veggies were rotten and raw. My cousins ribs looked like dog food. The buns are cold as they was our first time. Nothing changed there. The service was slow as well both times. Thumbs down.

We go here a lot for the all you can eat fish. Last night the fish was disgusting. It was really dark and the rotten taste just lingered in our mouths. So nasty!! The manager asked it we wanted more fish or something else. Well after taking a bite of this we both lost our appetites. They never even offered to discount our bill, so we paid full price for rotten fish that we didn’t eat. Won’t be back!

Personally my food was good. Hit when it came and cooked to order. The waitress was awesome and on top of things. She said that when she got off tonight she had to go to col for her mother in law, hopefully she drives carefully and is safe. However, the person I was eating with said that his food was not even fit to give our dog. The ribs were dry and the potato was scorched and cold. So Steve’s was a 50/50 deal tonight for this trip.

When we got sat down our waitress took our drink order. Did not get the cocktails till after we ordered our meal and then even got our salads. Then when my drink came it wasn’t right. Then we got our food. The all you can eat fish had no taste to it and was oily. My prime rib was bland and dry and my backed potato was old and when I put my fork in it there was only about have the potato there. All on all it was awful. Would have complained but no one ever asked how things were nor came back till we were done. Won’t go back and don’t recommend!!
