Ordered a chicken an cheese omelette this morning. Had some hair in my omelette at the very end of me finishing my meal. I tried to stay away from this coney because I ordered the same exact meal last time an had bacon in my chicken omelette (I’m Muslim) if I could give them zero stars I would.

The palace is small and quaint. Its nice to sre family restaurants thrive. service was wonderful. Our soups, apps, and food all came out very quickly and hot. My wife’s steak came out medium like she asked so all in all it was a great time.

I’ve ate here since I was a kid, the new owner prices are ridiculous. I ordered 2 kids meals and a BLT no fries or anything and it came to 29$ that seems really pricey for a Coney Island. Definitely will stick to L George’s. Almost every time I’ve gotten food here it’s been undercooked(eggs, bacon, etc.) just don’t waste your money.

I ordered a veggie omelette and hash browns and I just feel like I had to drown my food with salt and ketchup in order to finish it I tried eating it separate how it came then I just mixed it all together I just couldn’t find a way to eat or finish it . My hash browns still tasted raw. I’m disappointed but the pancakes were good though . I’m not going to say don’t go here but I’m pretty sure there are different food items on there menu that taste really good like there chilli cheese fries

I heard about the head cook becoming the new owner of Steve’s and that he’s made some menu changes. I tried the corned beef sandwich… grilled rye with Swiss cheese and mustard. It tastes like it came from a deli. He’s using real corned beef not pressed lunch meat like some places. As much as I enjoyed the fresh corned beef, the rye bread was fresh as well, tasty Swiss cheeses and just the right amount of mustard. I recommend this sandwich.

So, if you’re expecting 4 sausage links with your eggs and toast breakfast, wrong place! Every single other Coney I’ve been, serves 4 links when you get an order of sausage, eggs, and toast. That was a big disappointment, especially since I thought I was about to share my sausage with my kid. It’s not worth the money at all!
