Sterling Steak & Lounge is REMARKABLE!!! I know it’s a steak house but the shining stars are worth an honorable highlight……….the wedge salad was by far one of the best wedge salads I’ve ever had the pleasure of consuming. The Brussels sprouts are certainly the best I’ve ever had! The texture of the crisp and flavors of the char made it a strong standout for us. Everything was great! The salmon was cooked to perfection. The ribeyes had a great flavor and char. The prime rib was generously proportioned and packed with flavor. The deconstructed street corn was also super tasty (especially with a squeeze of lemon). Highly recommend eating here. The service was super friendly and made us feel right at home. Very cool vibe inside.

Me and my girlfriend went to dine here last night and it’s an amazing experience for us. The food was excellent from appetizer to dessert!! Neal is our server and he did an amazing job accommodating us, thank you Neal for your amazing service and superb cocktail drinks! Would recommend this place if you go here in Park City, a really must try restaurant!

Amazing food, service and atmosphere. My husband and I loved every single dish we had, the steaks were cooked perfectly and the sides were very big and we could share. The service was great, even chef Georgios came to greet us and our waitress Kristi was on top of everything.

Sunday brunch today and we ate the best omelette ever. Buffet choices exceeded our expectations, carving station, Caesar salad, salad, waffles, and my personal favorite; cinnamon rolls. We will definitely be back.

The food was absolutely incredible with great flavor, Rose our waitress was so helpful in her suggestions and they even gave us a free dessert for our anniversary coming up. Needless to say it is well worth the price and we will be back!

We enjoyed a wonderful evening with fantastic food selection, great views of the wildlife refuge and wetlands in the area, and great ambiance.
