I ordered the BBQ combo. Everything was beyond expectations. The staff was very friendly, and service was very good. Nice atmosphere, it was a nice night weather wise, and they had a big garage door open, so that was nice. Beers are good. The brisket was absolutely amazing, I highly recommend that. Overall a very pleasant experience with friendly service and great food.

We came here for their soft opening. Started the meal with an order of fried cheese curd and a French onion soup. The soup was very good, like home made good. Could have used a bit more cheese. I’m used to the classic Cheese flowing over the edges of the bowl. The fried curd was okay. Our first batch was nothing but the fried batter due to the cheese leaking out during the frying. They quickly and apologetically got us a new batch. The second batch was a lot better. For my entree I had the smoked wings. They were slightly dry (due to the smoking) but otherwise great. The sauces offered were pretty good too. The bleu cheese was quality. Not the thin watery stuff a lot of places try to give you. My wife had the spicy chicken sandwich which she said was very good, but the sauce could be a little more pronounced. The sriracha overpowered the honey and garlic in the sauce. I had one of their house beers, an ipa with citrus. It was alright, nothing fancy, just a good drinking beer. We will definitely be going back.

Was in west chester for the night and wanted to give it a try. My previous experience in Media was pretty rough, so I was hoping this location could help me reconsider. Nope, never again. My brisket was somehow burnt, chewy and cold, while the service was less than desirable. No manager checked up on our group after we sent back two dishes that were literally inedible, nor offered us a replacement meal when we sent the plates back? They then proceeded to charge us for the two uneaten meals… who does that? No apology, nothing. Two stars only because their beers are really good. Please work on your manager training & staff training. We eat out a lot, and typically can recognize when restaurants are having a rough night. We know it happens, a simple apology would have sufficed, not a rude remark and eyeroll. This was just poor staff training, poor kitchen training, and customer negligence. Please do better, we love your beers!

Our first time at the Sterling Pig Public House… And not the last! The place is spotless, with a great atmosphere and decor. The staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Timely service with a smile. Now, the beers… OMG.. A symphony of flavors, aromas, a whole range of emotions.. paired with a BBQ combo – all meats were so tender and flavorful, perfectly seasoned and smoked-cooked in house- and a smoked Reuben… Heaven with the home-made sauces.. A new gem!
