Been coming here since my son attended BU. One of the best Italian subs anywhere. The rolls are super fresh, as are all the other ingredients, & the hot peppery sauce they make is just great. The staff works hard to get it right & are always pleasant. Popular for very good reasons!

Not bad. Not as good as Berrigans. Too bad they closed. Roll is soft and predominant flavor. Meat is sliced to thin and so little LTO and hots are added to the sub that they don’t add any flavor. Could be way better with even the smallest added effort.

Can never get a meal correct! Rude when picking up and paying. Was charged more than quoted over the phone. Just overall pitiful individuals and the food has suffered big time. A simple ham and cheese sub tasted horrible (couldn’t eat all of it) and I can eat almost anything.

Food is good. Subs could stand more meat and cheese for the price you pay. Staff members were snippy with each other, but still friendly to the patrons. I have had better visits to this sub shop and that is why I will still give 4 stars.

Not even considering the RUDE girl on the phone you have to give your order to because you can’t order online… The food was awful. I ordered cheese steak nothing but cheese.. literally had nothing on it. What a waste of money. There was a nice boy delivery driver. Only good thing about spending 50$. Spend the extra few dollars and order Naps or Tiffs.

My husband and I got 2 hoagies from here in the past and were delicious. We recently just ordered from there on Tuesday and it was terrible. I got a cheeseburger sub and my husband got a bacon, chicken ranch sub. Both subs were on long looking hot dog rolls. The hamburger meat tasted off and my husband’s sub had chicken tenders on it. definitely not what I expected from Steph’s subs, considering we had them in the past and they were delicious. Really disappointing and a waste of money.
