Jesus was absolutely spectacular. They seated us and made us feel like we were their only priority. The food, staff and atmosphere were magical.

Hidden Gem!! Service a little slow, but absolutely worth the wait. Get the lobster deviled eggs! Filet mignon to die for, carrot puree soup amazing. The muscles were great, the short ribs were fantastic!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Food was exceptional. Service even better. Atmosphere was perfect. Location was magical. Come early and go across the street to walk on the path by the pond.

Lovely, home-like feeling, quaint French restaurant in Santa Barbara.

Wonderful evening. A couple of craft cocktails, French onion soup, grilled artichoke, what’s not to like. Fantastic ambiance.

Lovely restaurant w delish French cuisine. Restaurant had a “homey” look and feeling…charming. The service was very good. Food was really good and hot. Appetizer frog legs were soft and had just the right sauce.

We were there for a busy Saturday brunch, so the service weakness may have been from being understaffed. Otherwise, the food and ambiance were both just sublime. Delicious Croque Monsieur, Quiche, and Crepe Salmon. Amazing deserts. Even the bread was delicious. The restaurant itself is a beautiful old building (looks like it may have been a house/mansion). We were disappointed in the sun on our table. We asked for an umbrella and were told there were none. Then, 15 minutes later they brought out an umbrella for another table. My side dish came wrong. I asked to have it corrected and was told I hadn’t ordered that and was then charged for it – seriously? Took about thirty minutes for my drink to finally arrive after I asked for it (and asked for again another three times). Again, they were busy, but they could have done better.

Was a great experience with great good and beautiful atmosphere. My only negative is that several people at my table ordered salmon with mashed potatoes and I couldn’t help but notice the variations in quantity of mashed potatoes we each got. Kind of disappointing when you all pay the same price for the food but one person gets half the quantity of a food dish than someone who ordered the exact same dish. There should really be some sort of portion control system in order to make this feel fair.

Love this place! Absolutely must eat here when in Santa Barabara!! Food is always on point, so much so that I rarely get pictures to post before digging in, here’s a few of the desserts and the recent ribeye special that was perfectly cooked. Go to Stella’s you won’t be disappointed!
