Kids Take Away
In the small town of Carthage we stumbled across Stefano’s. It’s a NY style pizzeria with spot on pizza, basic salads, and good sized portions. Pizza tasted great and enjoyable all around. We sat in a booth by the window, which gave a nice view of the main street. Service was kind a they patiently answered all of our questions. If you enjoying upstate NY, we recommend stopping by!

Always happy eating here. Great portions. Good ingredients. Pizza reminds me of NYC. I come to work in Carthage a few days a month. This is the only place that makes me feel like I’m eating a home cooked meal. All what you see in the picture was 20 bucks . Leftovers for a whole meal and a to go drink to boot. Thank you Emma

Tonight(4/10/2023) My family had dinner here and the food was great but the service was outstanding! We had 10 in our party and 4 were under the age of 12. Everyone left full and happy. The waitress was busy tonight but boy she didnt miss a thing ….I did however I forgot to ask her name. I was just blown away at how wonderful she was dealing with such a large group and other tables on top of ours.

We love their pizza and wings, have been going for years. But PLEASE update your hours and STICK to them. We call when it’s open (according to website, google, and the sign on the door), it’s closed. And I’m not talking about by 30 minutes, I’m talking about 1.5 hours til close and they won’t answer the phone, voice message says We are closed. It’s been happening for well over a year now. Good pizza, good wings, but keep Hawaii hours.
