Steakouts hosted a jeep show, and the turnout was incredible ! I was concerned whether they could keep up with the demand… but they had a ton of bartenders and cooks. The food was great and the drinks were cold.

My wife and I were passing through the area late one night and we’re looking for a place to eat and there wasn’t much open or available in the area so we tried this place. When I walked in, I noticed a sign saying $1 beers, the waitress asked what I wanted. I said I’ll take one of those $1 beers and she said oh that ends at 10 PM. It was not quite 10 yet but OK so I said what kind of IPAs do you have and she rattled off a few and I chose one ended up having 3 and when I got the bill, they were $8 apiece for a mug of beer? most mugs are 12oz so I considered it was really expensive also considering this was a bar in the middle of nowhere in the pine lands.

Personally, it’s dungy. There’s 2 barmaid’s that have nice personalities that can hold a Convo with customers around the bar. As for everyone else if you don’t enjoy doing what you do find another career path. If it wasn’t for the cook I’d never be in here. Establishment in full honesty has nothing to offer except attitudes with zero patronage. We’ve tried for a year to be steady customers, I’ve witnessed tenders scream at customers while the manager allows it and walks into her office. I’ve been seeing the daily regulars at a different local bar and grill so I’m not alone in this. Actually sucks to have a place like that has so much potential yet nothing being done with it

The food was alright, the drinks were cheap. There were two bartenders, but only one was working the other was just standing there doing nothing. We ordered some sandwich’s which were okay, we also ordered food to go and the rice pilaf smelled, and looked rancid. Other than that the food was okay.

Pizza was good, but got served a Cape May IPA in a 10-ounce glass and paid full price for it. Apparently the 6.3% ABV is considered “high”, so they don’t give you a proper pint glass. I’ve seen that with DIPAs that are 8+% ABV, but never with a Cape May IPA!
