I want to say how much we love ordering from here! The food is always delicious and fresh and I usually always love the customer service. However tonight a lady named Sierra took my order and also waited on me when I came to pick it up. She was extremely wonderful and made it to where I left beyond satisfied with the whole experience this evening. Thank you Sierra and thank you steak out.

Guy who delivered to my job where I only have 20 minutes for lunch showed up 16 minutes late. He snatched food out of my hands because I was upset he took so long, he said “y’all can say what you want to say,” about how upset we all were he showed up late. He said you don’t have to tip. I said I wasn’t gonna! I can’t understand each time I order from steak out how come they always come late even though I order so early, hours early, we’ll this will be the very last time. I plan to spread the word about the behavior of the delivery guy and this bad service. The picture is a co worker eating her food she got late on her last break 2 hours after the delivery guy showed up late. She had to rush just to get a bite because she felt so sick to her stomach from hunger, on her 10 minute break. Unacceptable

Last night, my handicapped mom was looking to order some takeout since she can’t cook for herself. She called the Steak Out restaurant on 2105 Whitesburg Drive to order some food. She was told that she had called the wrong restaurant and that she needed to call the Jones Valley Steakout. However that second restaurant is a mile farther away, which means the first restaurant just decided they didn’t want to serve her. I’m leaving this review because I know the owner doesn’t know his or her employees are turning away business.

My food is always delivered quick, I love all of this locations drivers, but Bridgette is my favorite delivery driver ! She is so friendly and polite. I order at least once a week and my food is always delicious and order correct every time. Nothing but praise for this location!
