Sometimes you just get in the mood for one of their hamburgers. You know the kind… flat and thin… and yummy. This place is pretty good as they hit the spot, but don’t expect to order and have them rush out with a precooked meal… they wait till you order, then make your hot meal.

Just came through the drive at 9:55 pm and got the worst fries I’ve ever had. They have had to been sitting for over an hour, they are so disgusting. My burger was smushed together. Also seasoned my fries when i said no.

Fast and hot food! Server was incredible. The music took me back to when I was a very little girl and my mom used to listen to oldies. Their shakes are incredibly delicious burgers were made order onion rings were superb.

This business is getting a five because they were willing to find the retainer that the server threw away. After leaving the restaurant, my daughter realized that she did not have her retainer and realized that the server had thrown it away with the napkin. Jimmy, the supervisor was willing to search the trash until they found her retainer saving me $1000, Jimmy gets a gold star and therefore the restaurant deserve five stars. Way to go, Jimmy you deserve a raise!

It was great seeing that this steak n shake still has servers, and I didn’t have to place my order in a kiosk. Oldies were playing the whole time, the restaurant was clean, and the food was delicious and served quickly. The servers were nice and smiling! This is the steak n shake experience I remember and wish other sites would get back to!

Hair in food, milkshakes tasted like rotten milk, water tasty moldy, place wasn’t clean at all. Service was alright. The poor girl seemed to be one of the only few people working. Only positive is it’s cheap. Definitely wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here though.

First time eating here and really enjoyed it. The burgers were great and we loved the thin cut fries. Fast and friendly. Our server, Kali was great! Good value and we will definitely be going back!

I was in the mood for some French fries and a grilled cheese so we stopped in the Steak ‘n Shake in Broken Arrow. It was so good. Just what I was craving. Hubby enjoyed his sandwich and he loved his shake. Very nice people seat you, give you menus, and take your order, and bring your food to your table. It’s a cute and friendly place! We will be back!

Steak n Shake in general can be a bit risky – kind of like Waffle House or Dennys. It’s been years since I’ve eaten here, & this visit was perfect. Burger was flavorful & well cooked (loved the egg on top), thoroughly enjoyed the crispy shoestring fries, & my Snickers shake was thick & delicious. Restaurant was clean (not always the case at every location) & service was spot on. They played some great oldies to top off the diner environment. If you’ve ever had a negative experience at a Steak n Shake, give this location a try & see if they change your mind!
