Asked for no cherry. They left off the whipped cream, put a drink lid on top, and this was after I wiped all the ice cream off the side of the cup, which got all over my cars cup holder. Not to mention it’s so thin, in a small cup, and they charged $6.99 for it. I’m never going there again and telling my friends not to either. Why can’t anyone do their job right anymore.

Don’t stop here. I gave 1 star because I could not give 0. This has to be the worst steak n shake I have ever been to. Stopped at the drive through. First they tried to hand me drinks that had so much drink running off that I had to hold one outside to not get cover in soda and ask for a napkin. Only to be given the look of why are asking for napkin. Then the order came and it was wrong. Got small fries when I ordered large. Asked for large and got the feeling of “don’t eat them they are going to be bad.” Then looked at the double cheese burger with bacon I ordered and it did not have bacon. Ask for the correct sandwich. Then was given a garlic butter burger. I stated firmly to the person giving me the sandwich “can you not get anything right. This is not what I ordered.” I gave up and went home. Gave my wife her unsweet tea when I got there, only to find out it was a mystery soda. Called the manager Erin. Only to be told it was a miscommunication and that I was in the wrong. Go figure. Bad service, wrong food, and bad management. I hope corporate looks at these, because this place needs help. Oh and let me know where I can get me 20 bucks back that I donated.

I walked in knowing that steak -n- shake no longer uses people to take your order so I expected that much. I was a bit surprised that the automatic order taker asked for a tip which thankfully I declined. I like to leave my tips to the server whinnied longer exists here. What I did not expect was the filth. There were two employees sitting at a table on break and not a single clean table in the whole place. After wandering around looking for a clean place to sit I finally had to get a handful napkins and clean a place off myself. We sat down and waited for our number to be called. It was not busy nor was it after what would be considered a normal restaurant rush time. I did give two stars because the burgers were good. Like the steak m shake I have always known. The onion rings tasted like they were cooked in old dirty grease but the chocolate shake was nice even though I asked for no cherry or whipped cream and both were present on the shake. It’s really sad that they have chosen to take out the personality from this restaurant chain. That was always one of my favorite parts. We won’t be back.

Food was fine, Service was fine the problem I have is it’s hot out and I don’t have air in my car and I got parked waiting on chicken. They gave me a shake so it’s sitting in my car as I type this melting for 10 minutes and I’m not happy especially with the prices these days.

The floors are sticky, the tables are sticky. Without having a waitress to serve s the whole experience really reminded me of a college cafeteria. They’ve also gotten rid of the salad and mini corn dogs so my wife and kids have to settle for some that they’re not as fond of.

Absolutely disgusting on the inside. Not a single booth or table was wiped down and all of them had some sort of food or trash left on them. They had no ketchup in their dispensers, only some ketchup packets that were partially opened and stuck together. Multiple of the soda dispensers were broken. The trash cans were overflowing. I can’t express enough how disgusted I felt by the lack of responsibility this location has for doing the bare minimum in their restaurant.

That place is horrible they are super racist and very rude they won’t even let you talk to upper management my issue arises from a time when I came in there and the Brittany lady took 10 minutes to acknowledge me when we made eye contact 2 times she claimed they were busy but when I left out the store a white customer came to the register and got Immediate service. I guess she couldn’t see me. What happened to HI MY I TAKE YOUR ORDER..OR WE BUSY WE WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU

Most of the time, when going to the drive-thru as long as I asked for my food fresh. The food is good.

The whole experience is just horrible now. There is zero customer service inside the restaurant at all. First thing in a kiosk takes your order. Secondly the cooks pants were almost to his knees exposing his underwear. They call your name from a mic when your order is done and that’s all the customer service you get the whole time you’re there. If you need anything you have to stand at the counter for several minutes until one of the employees notices you. This business has gone way south.
