Better location than the one on Ogden. The drive thru was closed at 8:20 pm when I pulled up to pick up my online order. I was a bit confused – not sure if it’s always closed after a certain time at night or if it was just a one time thing. The service was friendly and quick nonetheless. The fries were not very fresh but overall the quality of the food was great. Located off of 75th by the Downers Delight. If you order through the app, you get $2.99 off your first order.

They never get orders right. I Ordered a chili cheese foot long, gave me a foot long with ketchup and mustard. Upon brining that to their attention they just took the footlong back and dumped the chili with onions, cheese right on top of the mustard/ketchup. I took a bite and threw it out. I also ordered 2 large chili cheese fries and lo and behold all I got was a large fry in big the container and about one table spoon of chili. Threw the second one out didn’t even bother opening it. I had ordered something similar last Wednesday, and was met with the same result. I called them about it they seemed to not really care. Good luck to anybody deciding to give this location their business.

The quarter candy is the only thing you don’t have to wait for a half hour to eat. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes went inside reminded them and that’s when they started our food. Don’t go here.

The food is good and the prices are reasonable, but the service needs a LOT of improvement. My family and I come here at least once a month and the service has been declining within the past year. The restaurant is always dirty, the tables are rarely bussed within a timely manner and there are always new servers. The staff and servers always seem disinterested in the patrons. It took us about 15 min to get seated in a fairly empty restaurant because the tables weren’t cleaned off and then another 30 for the waitress to figure out whether we were in her section or not and finally take our order. Once she dropped off our food, she left the check and we never saw her again. Oh and it took us another 10 min to pay our bill because there was no one available.

My family and I LOVE Steak and Shake! It’s definitely one of my kids favorite restaurants!! This location was the absolute worse one been to. It was filthy, there was only two other tables there when we arrived, as we were sitting down one of them was complaining about the service, we started to go to another one, but we wanted to give them a fair chance. The girl that sat us and took our order was unprofessional although our actual waitress was nice, service was sooo slow to only have three customers. They had PLENTY of staff I saw atleast 5 waiters. My husband’s food was ruined, mine was cold. The lettuce on my salad was old and tasted uncleaned. We wanted to make sure we tipped the right waitress, but the lady that checked us out, acted like it was to much for her to find out who/where she was…As much as we love S&S we will never return to this location.

Service was rude and it felt like they were rushing me. I ordered a burger with no pickles, but when i got it and bit into it there were two pickles. Overall the food is to be expected, not terrible but nothing special and it’s all for a low price. The shakes are good but are a little too thick for my liking personally.
