Really nice restaraunt, grrat staff, but last time we came there was no guac on the burger. This time we got a lid for (what I assume to be) the premade guac. I understand the need for prepackaging and portioning, but really? How hard is it to not drop the lid in the sandwich… Dropped from a 4 to 2 star rating.

Grabbed a couple of burgers for the wife and me. Didn’t realize why you need a double or triple burger. The burgers are so thin you can shave with the patty. Order a triple and you just might have a burger. Sad to see how things have gone downhill.

There was 2 cars in the drive Thur including mine. The wait for our food was 20 min. Live 5 min from the restaurant. Got home and the bacon cheese burger was sliding apart and had to be put back together to eat. The burger did not have a hint of warmth. It was cold, the bun was hard, and the condiments were minimal. The other two sandwiches were also cold and the cheese was not melted. The fries were the only thing that seemed remotely fresh. And they were almost cold. I paid $24 for food that was terrible. I would suggest a review of your personal and management at this location.

I know it’s tough to get employees right now, so I don’t want to leave a bad review, however, I visibly saw 4 employees and still waited in line for 25 minutes and there was only one other car in line ahead of me.

Ordered 2 single cheeseburgers and 2 fries on 10/16/2021, at about 11:15AM, to eat in our car. The order was wrong…twice. No tomatoes. The meat patties had been cooked earlier that morning, and not even warmed up. The manager? said that they had stopped putting tomatoes on sandwiches. Have ordered hamburgers in 18-20 states in my lifetime, and this has to rank with the worst hamburger ever eaten. Don’t waste your money ordering anything from this location. I rated it one star….there was no option for a 1/2 star.

The food at this location is never a let down it always tastes great. This particular trip there went off without a hitch. We got everything we ordered and within a reasonable amount of time. Most of the time it is a very long wait for us when we are there for carry out and about one out of every 3 or 4 times they forget an order of fries with our order. So I suggest if you are getting a bigger order just to double check before walking out the door. The quality of food and the courtesy of the staff really helps to keep them at 4 stars for me even with the usual long wait times and sometimes forgetting orders of fries.

This place is horrible. Probably one of the rudest people I have come across from a fast food restaurant. They don’t speak to you. Forgot our drink. Gave us a bad tasting cheese cup. With the same gloves on, takes my money, gets my food and helps himself to some food too. This place needs to be shut down. Adding on, doordash has been waiting 30 minutes, for what? 04/02/21. My child really wanted it but you know what never again!

Boy, this placed changed for the worst. What happened to being seated and served? My wife and and I stood in line to put in our order for 10 minutes. There was only one party ahead of us who the one individual was taking their order for the full 10 minutes. If it took more than 10 minutes to take an order, I hate to see how long it takes to get your food. I guess we won’t find out because we left. And, btw, this was the lunch hour and there was only one other party seated and eating. While we were waiting, another party got in line behind us and also left. I don’t see this place staying in business much longer. Whoever took over this place destroyed it. Culver’s, here we come.
