No one at location. I see the machinery light is on. Tried Drive Thru Wed 7 pm, business hours indicate they should be open. Would love to try their choco-banana milkshake. Perhaps better luck at another location.

Food tastes amazing, but with a small problem… THERE WAS PLASTIC IN MY BURGUR!!! We got a refund, but that was horrible, this has happened twice. Love the shakes, food is great! It’s a confusing rating, but a somewhat honest one.

They don’t have amenu sign on the board, I never know if they are open or out of business. Last time they didn’t have shakes or ice cream. Literally the menu board has NO MENU.

You never know if they are open or closed or if the staff is taking a break to get high or if they just don’t feel like working and are hiding in the back. I assume they are laundering money because thats the only way they could stay open and it doesn’t surprise me with how many of the employees have been to prison.

Food was okay … although my granddaughters BLT came with only a half slice of bacon on one half of the sliced sandwich. My biggest beef is that the waitstaff was clearly having their own party in the back of the restaurant despite the fact that there were several patrons… lots of teenage type fun… but felt over the top and inappropriate…

Whoever the owner of this location is he needs to put his son in check!He didn’t respond for several minutes to the order box, I started calling out& I was told I dont need to “scream”. I tried to reply & he cut me off about screaming & then refused to take my order& to get out of line. By then I was screaming. My husband told me to drive around & attempted to place an order. The kid refused we asked to talk to owner. He told us it was his father & that he was call the police. I just attempted at 2 in the afternoon to call & speak to someone. I called twice & both times, it rang & then was disconnected.

I cant tell if this location is open for dine in but it always looks empty. I saw one car in the lot and took a chance on drive thru. A nice lady took my order and I believe she was the only person working taking order and cooking. She was extremely nice and my food was very fresh and was ready quickly. Her nice and professional manner made it all the better.

I have good memories of several years ago having a great burger and a milkshake at this place, so it was easy to stop once again when close by. With all due credit to the young woman who appeared to be in charge, the food was terrible. The meat in the burgers was paper thin and didn’t even taste like beef. The fries were fine as was the milkshake. Can’t speak to other items on the menu, but I sure can’t provide a positive recommendation. Just not what it used to be!

Supposedly they close at 10pm we went inside at 8:30 and they wouldn’t even let us order. Right at the entrance they have a sign thay say order to dine in or to go or, something like that; the ordering screens, all the lights, and the open sign were still on; and they told us that they could only serve us through the drive-thru, that we have to go and if we still want something we have to use the drive-thru. We couldn’t even use the screens to order and go.
