Google did not accept the edit even though there is a photo from 8 months ago stating the location is Temporarily Closed. The person taking my order didn’t have manners, the order took almost 18 minutes to get through the drive through (I was the only customer) and out of the 2 meals o received the coke I drank was the best part. The food was soggy and flavorless. It was almost like the crew just didn’t care about customer service or quality on this visit.

There’s usually a wait. Not enough employees. Even when there’s not a wait at the door and there isn’t hardly anyone in there, it still takes a while to get your food. There is usually a couple email standing around by the beverage dispenser doing nothing. Each time I go, the portions seem to get smaller in size and quantity. I don’t go eat there as much as I used to for this reason. The prices are fairly cheap and the milkshakes are delicious and what food you do get is good.

Life as We know it
I’d give this place zero stars if I could. Every time we go here theres always a wait to be seated. Always a wait for a server to come to our table. Always a long wait for our food ETC. It’s been a few months since we ate here & we were hoping maybe they got some new help, NOPE. Same situation every time we come here. They’re severely understaffed. It’s just ridiculous. They need some new management to come in and train the whole restaurant. It bugs me so bad when a restaurant is busy and yet the staff is walking around with their heads in the clouds. People waiting to be seated at the door and it’ll take them a whole 12 minutes to clear off a singular booth. You can tell customer service is not a priority here.

My server, Haley C., was wonderful. The restaurant left a lot to be desired. No exterior lights on to illuminate the building or sign. The women’s restroom was dirty, wastebasket overflowing. The wait to be seated was more than 5 minutes. Numerous tables were not bussed. The food was good, delivered hot.

Been here for an hour and a half. Our food came sporadically after an hour. Milkshakes might as well have been flavored milk. Manager is just as rude as the servers. Servers look like they’ve been wearing the same clothes for 3 days, and all the tables are dirty. Fries were cold, sandwiches soggy, quite the experience!

After getting seated, it took hour for us to get our food and then other people were getting their food too came in after us. Then we had to go up after waiting a long time for our bill and tell them that we need our bill. this happened at the steak and shake off of I-70 Richmond Indiana exit very poor service and the food was cold by the time we got it. We have never had this problem with Steak and Shake, normally it’s good food and good service
