It had been a while since I’ve been at this location. It was great to see that they had cleaned up the place, and streamlined the ordering/service process. The food was good as usual! My girls loved their shakes.

So apparently they changed some things in the restaurant. You no longer get a menu or have a waitress come to your table. You have to place your order via a kiosk. You get your own soda in a to go cup. Then you pick a seat. When your name is called, you go get your own food. The waitress never checked on us. I miss the experience of having table service. The food was great except I had enough mustard and lettuce for 2 burgers, mustard was everywhere. Even on top of the bun… Lol. Maybe they have been short staffed? I think there were 5 workers there.

The drive thru was quite fast today and the staff was very nice! I love how improved it has become since the restructuring and definitely plan on coming back more often

The food was on point and the strawberry shake was perfect. I took my 4 yr. Old son and towards the end of the meal he started getting restless waiting for me to finish eating and out of nowhere , an employee named Dillion brought over a small shake with sprinkles out of nowhere to save the day !!

The Frisco Melt is amazing! Great spot for quick steak burgers whether you dine in or use their drive thru. Excellent inexpensive place to eat!

Kim, is who took our order and she was great. She listened, asked questions for confirmation and repeated our order back to us. She was so good with the drive thru, she was taking an order while walking back into the restaurant after giving someone their food outside in one of the pick up parking spaces. She said she used to be a manager. Well, she should still be a manager.

The fries were cold, had to pay for bbq sauce and then not even get it, and the onion rings were soggy. Will never eat at this over priced place again. I tried to tell one of the servers that was cleaning stuff, and he flat out ignored me. Do not go here!

Just did quick drive through, it was 11 o’clock at night. Stopped by after working late, and guy in the drive through was wearing sunglasses. Had to repeat order multiple times and still couldn’t follow instruction.

In the past, we avoided this steak and shake for previous bad experiences. When we visited today we were pleasantly surprised by the quick and friendly service. Our server, David, was quick and didn’t hover over us like a lot of servers do. Will be returning again soon in hopes service continues to be this good.
