i ordered a double CHEESE burger, when i got my burger it had no cheese my boyfriend went up and told them and they took my burger and just threw a slice of cold cheese on it. absolutely ridiculous.

We went to honor my son who passed away 2020. He loved steak n shake. It isn’t the same. Kiosks instead of being waited on. We were the only people there for quite a while and the floors were filthy. The tables were sticky and nasty. We both had horrible stomach aches after. Step it up or close the place!

Good food and it was fresh and the fries were hot. A nice change and the order was correct and that also was a pleasant change. Great job to the cooks and managers for the good experience. The only negative was the dining room floor, but it is a restaurant and it is understandable.

Let’s be honest it’s like every other steak and shake. The food is ok, but relatively quick turn around. The shakes were good. Really hard to say anything about service since you don’t need to actually interact with anyone now….. The building itself The entire place was just eww the floors were sticky, and obviously needed swept as there was random garbage and food droppings! Oh and the ladies room had absolutely NO SOAP!!! But hey I’m sure the staff member that exited the bathroom when I entered washed her hands elsewhere right?! Would not recommend.

The experience and therefore the right thing I gave is mixed. There was nothing really wrong with the quality of the food other than the fact that french fries were bland and could have stood a little bit longer cooking. Given that I was part of the large party I think that they did a good job of getting orders out of quickly and efficiently as possible. But the whole experience was negatively impacted by the fact that they ran out of cups at the soda machine and napkins in the napkin dispensers. Both essentially all around the experience.

They’ve done away with servers you order at a kiosk now. So two people and $27 bucks we took a table to wait for our order.

if i could give 0 stars, i would. this place is absolutely awful. workers were EXTREMELY rude and bad talked a couple and their child in front of the WHOLE restaurant because they couldn’t fully understand english. no soap in any of the dispensers, which probably indicates the workers are not washing their hands. place was just absolutely nasty and the food was disgusting. felt sick after eating here for a day. by far the worse restaurant ive been to. you would think this place would change after some time, but it sure hasnt.

Friendly service but given the wrong food and shakes. The quality of food is not that good. The folks that work there are super nice just not empowered to fix anything. Went to scan/add my receipt for points and there wasn’t a bar code or a valid receipt number.
