M & M milkshake was my splurge on dairy – delicious, not too creamy milkshake with chocolate candy bits. The fries were a disappointment – white, flabby, not warm, and not very flavorful (I hope they’re not always this bad). Service at the drive thru was very good – the young woman was very friendly and courteous.

If you’re gonna have hours posted stick to them. Drove 30 minutes just to sit and wait at the speaker for 15 minutes. Lobby was closed but I assumer it was because it was 8:40pm. The worker inside would not take my order, I pulled around and saw a paper that said they closed at 9pm instead of the listed 10:30pm. Worker wouldn’t even respond or answer the microphone.

Onions are sliced way too thick, fries are so thin they’re cold before you leave the drive through. Burger itself is phenomenal and I love the long style pickles. Highly recommend the garlic burger or the Frisco melt.

This steak and shake isn’t as fast paced as the other ones I’ve been to. But the staff was nice and the food was good.

Awful. How do you got from 4$ per burger to 8:99. Doesn’t make sense. They don’t have any Cajun fries or anything else. Just plain burgers. Definitely won’t eat there any more and won’t recommend this place. They used to be great, cheap meals and great good. Now food quality has gone down to the point its just awful. They do t have any spices. They just need to close down they location like they did in Alabama. Gross.

This fast food restaurant was the complete opposite of fast. We waited at the drive-thru talk box for like 8 mins because the worker said she’ll be with us soon. Then we asked if she was still there, she was. And then came back and took our order. When we got to the window we paid and then waited for another 8 mins or so. When the worker came back with our shakes she asked if she gave us spoons yet, we stated, no you haven’t gave us anything yet, she said ok. All the while I noticed our food was already bagged up and sitting on the counter. So our fries were lukewarm and all over the bag and one of our burgers was made incorrectly. Only thing we liked was my kids loved the milkshakes. And that’s all too bad because we really wanted to love this place.

Excellent, speedy service from Chris. Burgers, fries, and shakes were all delicious. Delightful family dinner after a long day of travelling. Great experience. Loved it!

Stopped for a couple of burgers while traveling through Tupelo. Bbq burger was pretty good. Fries were cold and tough though. Had to give up on them and throw them away when we got to the hotel room. Even the microwave couldn’t revive them. Drinks with the nearly 9 dollar burger were miniscule and didn’t have much ice at all.

I’ve heard a lot of mixed opinions of the new Steak n Shake in Tupelo so I decided to try for myself. I had a great experience here, the service time was great and the food was great! I do personally think that the parking is to crowded and the building is to small to be able to hold the amount of people that the parking lot can hold. Other than that everything was wonderful! I’ll be back!

My son and I enjoy eating at the Tupelo location when out together. Our most recent visit we were delighted the lobby was open for dine in, the staff was great, attentive, and friendly. The food was just as expected, wonderful. I favorite the garlic burger.
