First time to this place. They don’t have cashiers and you have to use a computer to do your order. Plenty of parking and well lit. Kid friendly. Prices are quite affordable. Lots on the menu. Lots of seating and clean. Nice tea. Members. Great shakes! Highly recommended.

This location totally screwed up our $22 order. They didn’t give us the food we paid for and the milk shake tasted like chemicals The owner needs to have the managers retrained. Once this is done the employees will have better training wich would result in a better customer experience

We always have a great time picking out shakes and the only thing we wanted to know is there any time in the day where you guys could recommend for kids that have sensitive hearing. It does get a bit loud during the high traffic times I guess. Other then that great food service and drinks.

I have been going to this location since I was a kid, back when it was the original building from the 50s. I, like most, miss the full service aspects that the restaurant went away with during the pandemic. The kiosk is….a kiosk, sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn’t, but someone will usually help you with it if you need it. The staff that they do still employ have been very nice and personable. The food has come out exactly as I’ve expected it to.

So disappointed to see this location empty during lunch. I used to be a restaurant manager here. We had a staff of 90, and I was understaffed. During lunch, there used to be 7 servers on the floor. The line was out the door every day. We used to have a line wrapping around the building into the street.

The only thing good about my experience at this restaurant was the drive thur service!! I order chill and didn’t get a spoon! My sandwich was so greasy I couldn’t eat it!! Definitely wouldn’t recommend this Steak ‘n Shake!!!!!
