We walked in 7:30 when they close at 8. They refused to give us anything besides chicken nuggets and said the milk shake machine was broken. Then after he got our crusty nuggets and stale fries, we watched the workers make themselves burgers and shakes like right in front of us…. when they literally told us the machine was broken and that they were out of burgers…

Dont know why we tried going to the Valdosta Steak and Shake….but we did, we waited in line to be seated for 7 minutes, a Manager came in the front, walked straight past us, no acknowledgement, clocked in, went to the kitchen and started to cook….there were 4 cooks there already and another manager. Still waiting in line I got her attention and told her we needed to be seated, she said she would come right over…in the mean time a server sat us….then we sat and sat….didnt get served so we left! I told the same Manager that we hadn’t been served and we were leaving. This location is just terrible..the service is awful, the restaurant is old and dirty… Why didn’t the Manager say welcome to the people standing in line, why didn’t she take care of the customers first….why do you need 4 cooks and 2 managers cooking? How about 1 manager on the floor???

Shake machine is rarely working and when I asked for a grilled cheese I got a Frisco melt 3 times before I finally got a grilled cheese. This was when I specified grilled cheese no meat. I also watched a worker make themself a milkshake before making the one I bought
