The food was ok but the service was horrible. No one greeted you as you walked in or attended you to place your order. Everything had to be done on those screens which is fine but atleast speak to your customers. They call out for you to go get your order and you can barely hear them and wait time is long. My burger was wrong and I didn’t get my cheese fries, when I told the staff member she just looked at me with a face and gave me a side of cheese sauce. The place was dirty and the floors were slippery as you walked in. They were out of lids and straws and we had to clean our own table off and all the customers walking in after us did as well. Only nice thing about the experience were the customers, we were talking to eachother and everyone was nice plus they complained about the same things. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location, what a shame.

They need to work on the atmosphere and their score is 87 BUT, their night manager Lena ( I hope I’m spelling it correctly) makes up for it! Great customer service goes a LONG WAY! If they plan on making that store better they’ll DEFINITELY need her to stay on the team!!! She remade my food and it was PERFECT!!!

I went on a Sunday evening at about 8 pm. All I ordered were 2 double cheese burgers. I did not get my food for 30 minutes. Lobby is full of people waiting for their food, but the drive thru is the only thing being taken care of. The restaurant was messy . Bathrooms were a complete disaster. Employees showed no urgency.

Almost all the tables dirty, no sense of friendliness. Waited at the counter over 7 minutes for to go boxes and made contact with every employee to be ignored. Food was subpar at best, nothing like what I remember. All the trash cans are over flowing and there is a smell coming from the bathroom into the dining room.

I’ve been coming to this location for years now and recently they went to kiosk only orders. This was cool and all at first but it doesn’t seem like the staff have much to do other than, cook, clean, and call out orders.

I went through the drive thru line and the woman was rushing me and got noticeably frustrated. My wife’s milkshake size and flavor was wrong. The burgers were not seasoned and the fries were horrible. My Oreo shake was pretty good.

Pretty good food and service from a Steak and Shake. Female kitchen manager was very nice. You pay at kiosk seat down and wait until your name is called.

This got to be the slowest fast food restaurant ever. I’m not one time customer. I’ve came several times at different times and it’s exactly the same… SLOW! I always order online/mobile and still wait almost an hour to get it! My order was placed at 4:54, I got here at 5:15, it is now 5:55 and I still haven’t gotten it. Again, SLOW! I finally get my food at 5:57 and it’s not even hot! I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this is just how it is. SLOW.
