Horrible place and rude people. Service took forever (which is usually fine with me, I’d rather wait for fresh food than get old food right away), and it came wrong and the fries were cold. Im sure the only reason they were so busy is that it was Sunday and Chick fil a was closed. Smart management would capitalize on that and provide excellent food and service so they will choose to come back, not mess up orders and be rude to patrons.

Bought 3 gift cards earlier for family that would be flying out of Myrtle Beach airport to Penna. When my niece went to use them she was told they are Not accepted at this location. WTH!!

It made our day to see a Steak n Shake as soon as we arrived at the airport being as though there aren’t many left! The staff is so friendly and efficient and I can only pray they keep this Golden Unicorn open for as long as possible!!!

I have never been in a line to purchase food and the cook in this establishment had her phone up to her ear the whole time while cooking. Either she should be retrained or loose her job. With the different types of disease out here, people should be afraid to place an oder and or take pride in where you work.

Fast service and pretty typical location. Staff is friendly and polite. A little busy but we only waited about 10 minutes before being seated. Once seated our drink order was taken promptly. After a few minutes we were brought our beverages and the server took our food order. While waiting for the meal our server came and refilled our drinks without asking which was nice and attentive. Our food arrived and was prepared as ordered. Food was hot and appeared fresh. Everything tasted fine for a steak and shake location. Server came with another round of refills and asked if we wanted any desert. She then brought our check at the end of the meal. We waited in line a few minutes to pay but had to leave so we left payment and tip on the table. No complaints. Pretty normal location. I would go back again.

It takes forever to get a hamburger. If you are in a connecting flight, chose another restaurant. The person that takes orders is the same that makes the milkshakes. When it was my turn to place my order, the person started making 7 milkshakes. I waited for more than 10 minutes before placing my order. I had already waited in line for a long time too.
