I visited this location with friends last Saturday who swore by Steak and Shake for their incredible burgers and cheap prices. Personally I did not find the prices inexpensive by any means. The staff was friendly and very quick. The burgers were really good. My shake had ice chunks all in it as did my friend’s therefore it was not that enjoyable. Overall it was just OK. I would not go out of my way for it and I don’t think I’ll be trying the shakes again.

We had a GREAT experience here this weekend!!! Everything was PERFECT!!! We delayed going here for several months because of all of the negative reviews people have left. We finally went anyway hoping for the best, and we were not disappointed. The staff was attentive, helpful and very friendly.

Under staffed, dirty counters, kitchen, and bathroom. Employees were not rude, however they had no personality. Waited 35 min for food, and then our order was wrong, eg double was a single, didn’t get chicken tenders or cheese fries. We were the lucky ones and witnessed 2 People leaving after waiting over 40 min for food. And the place wasn’t crowded at the time of our arrival, MAYBE 10 total guests. By the time we left, there were over 25 people waiting on food. Only 2 table were actually eating… No it wasn’t a rush of customers. This restaurant gives the Steak n Shake chain an extremely bad reputation

This place was very nice looking. Very clean inside and the girl upfront taking our order was very nice and helpful on choosing. But the only thing that ruined it for me was my steak-burger patty was completely burnt to a crisp. Like the cook had to see how bad it was and still decided to serve it. My family had great food so I can’t be too upset.

This place does not look old fashioned like it’s supposed to, the floors had fries on them, the tables were very dirty, there’s not a very big selection of food or shakes, the service is extremely slow, the person that took my order, did not put down that I did not want onions or tomatoes on my burger and I had to pick them off myself cause I knew it would take them even longer to make my food. I’m from Ohio and the Steak and Shakes out there look and serve how they’re supposed to. They also have more of a selection of food and shakes. Plus, they come take your order at your table and not have you walk up to a counter to order. This one is like a fast food restaurant that can’t listen to simple instructions and that takes more time than they should.

We waited 20 minutes in line to order inside. Few items on the menu. Tables were dirty. Bus boy slapped fret wesh cloth on it and didn’t dry it. We waited a good 20 minutes for a good to come to table. Shakes were not great. Burgers were sub-par. French fries were cold. While waiting my wife, my ten year old boy and I agreed that we are never coming back. Not worth it. Better burgers and shakes elsewhere in town.
