got their single patty steak-burger off the starship bot yesterday. it was my first time trying it ever and i can honestly say that food was a 8.5/10. my only complaint is i ordered large fries and i wish they had filled it up to the top. small portions. other than that it was delicious. i’ve heard a lot of complaints which hindered me from trying it in the first place but i was very surprised. assuming it won’t taste like this all the time i consider myself lucky.

Oh my gosh’ my favorite fast food friendly franchise. We don’t have them in Pennsylvania so when we come through heading to Florida it is a must have and my kids will beg for it. So yummy it practically melts in your mouth!!!

Garbage location. Awful service, slow, out of their signature fries. Took 2 cashiers and 30 minutes to get my order, and then it was wrong anyway. Even the prices were worse than any Steak n Shake location I’ve ever visited, more 50% higher than anywhere else. Save yourself the trouble and eat literally anywhere else

Sometimes the food is good, sometimes not. The staff are usually pretty nice and get food out in a reasonable time if you’re dining in. I have only ever been in the drive thru once and it was the worst experience I’ve had here. There were 3 cars in line and I almost ran out of gas waiting for them to take my order. In all honesty, this place used to be better. The staff used to be a little more energetic and the customers looked happy to be here. Now, 95% of the people that walk through the doors look miserable as if walking into this fast food establishment is the last thing they’ll do before before they go home and OD. This is Millersville after all, so it’s plausible. Shakes are ight.

Terrible! The absolute worst Steak and Shake I’ve ever been to. Although the staff was polite and meant well, they were incompetent and the good was not what I’ve done to know as the S&S standard. The cashier first said they couldn’t accept cash (but couldn’t give provide a reason why). Then they pulled out premade shakes from the freezer that had been made earlier, which were chunky and almost frozen-ice consistency. The burgers were not fresh, nor were the fries. Will not visit this S&S location again.
