I had the bomb fries this visit, which had crab, shrimp, and stc sauce. The fires were cooked just I like, crispy soft. This could definitely be a two person meal. My first visit crab bomb atopped a baked potato. I liked the fries better.

I had the cajun pasta before and it was good. I got it again, it still was good. The strawberry lemonade and blueberry lemonade were delicious. The fried fish was good. The honey bbq wings were flavorful. However, the wings were slightly undercooked. I had difficulty pulling the drum and flat apart. The meat (fish and wings) were placed on top of the fries (pet peeve); no parchment paper to separate the two. Some of fries were not only squishy but were not done. I had to throw away some of the fries because of the latter. The greens were bland. Lastly, the pound cakes (the butter pecan and the brown sugar) were dry, no moisture at all. Would I go back. Yes. Why? Customer service was on point. Very reasonably priced. The meats were flavorful. I can ask for my fries to be cooked longer and separated from the meat. I can ask for my wings to be cooked longer. BUT, I won’t get the greens or the dessert.

Good situation . I was in the area & Googled “soul food” & I ended up at STC. Had fried fish that day & I was sold! Couple weeks later went back for round 2 & got the turkey wings with yams & greens. Guess what…I’m going back for round 3 so that should tell you something

The food was fresh and delicious. I chose the Braised wings and two sides (collards and Mac and cheese). Everything was cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly. The Cinnamon Iced Tea was quite refreshing. Customer Service is excellent as well. The owner is very personable and friendly. I will be back.

I like to patronize our local businesses and STC SOUL is my go to. The food is always freshly made and the customer service is hands down the best. I appreciate when I can talk face to face with the owner and his wife – cool people and they aim to please. The crab bomb potato and shrimp basket are my favs! Oh did I mention the homemade lemonade- always good.

I never heard of this place but I stopped by just to check it out. It is a takeout pop-up rather than a regular restaurant and only has a limited menu for limited hours a couple days a week. I had their Shrimp and Grits, which was very good. I will definitely stop by again to try what else might be available.
