First complaint is according to the take out menu located Inside the store, my total should have been $14.99, however the total was $20.99 and I was told prices simply have gone up which is understandable but you might want to change the menu you have posted in your restaurant? Second complaint, the pizza truly, and im not joking, tasted like the opened a digiorno frozen pizza and slid it into their oven. I would be shocked if anything was made fresh in house, crust tasted like frozen dough, cheese was extremely low quality, sauce was ok, pepperoni was such a low quality it actually had burnt ends. Had a very mom and pop atmosphere and food looked good but very disappointing food.

New to Parma. Ordered two pizzas and a salad for a small gathering. Six of us agreed that the pizzas were incredibly bland. Bland sauce, unseasoned meat toppings, even the cheese was flavorless.

Updated 2/17/2023. See bottom of original review below. I just order for the first time today. Estimated delivery time an hour+ but I totally understand it’s a Friday night. The woman on the phone who took my order was extremely nice. So excellent customer service. That’s what the 5 star review is for so far. I ordered meatball sub, jojo fries & mozzarella sticks. I will update once my food is delivered and I taste it.

Wish I had gotten a picture of the pizza. I tried it for the 1st time recently; and I’ve lived in Parma several times in the past 27 years. It’s so good, no lie. The guy and gal running the place while I was there, they were so kind and guaranteed my satisfaction! They didn’t lie, it was really good.

Had State Road Pizza tonight for the first time since I was a kid. I must say, “WOW!” Talk about GREAT pizza! Not sure why they don’t get the hype and recognition other Parma pizza shoppes get, but they should. EXCELLENT pizza and wings. From the crust and sauce to the delicious cheese. Fabulous!

Just got their food for the first time ever and I am super overwhelmed by the actual amount. This is more than I expected and is a GREAT deal for the money. The food is very good. The salad is awesome and so is the pasta. The Garlic Bread is ultra wow. The delivery driver was super friendly and the phone answerer was extremely nice and cordial. Well Done State Road Pizza. Will be back soon.

I love this place. The service is great and the food is even better. The pizza is really good and cheeper than most other places. I’ve tried a bunch of different pizza places around me and this one I go to about 1 time a week. I will have to say if you are visiting from out of town or are a resident of Parma/Cleveland you should give it a try.
