Met Shawn the owner this morning outside my building and found out he owned the place. Went to try it out and OMG… it’s so good. Kung Pao Brussel Sprouts and spicy shrimp ramen. Definitely my new joint.

The Sciracha Chicken Wings are SO DELICIOUS! Just WOW! Best flavors I’ve ever had and I have a lot of wings in my life. Tastes amazing with both the Chive(Ranch like) sauce and the garlic aioli!

Incredible food, and incredible service. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. Jazz was an excellent host, offering me tips on places to visit. The chicken and waffles were the best I’ve ever had, period.

Stopped in for dinner and drinks, and was not disappointed! Everyone was very friendly and the cocktails and food were both excellent. Would definitely recommend!

The food was so good. Had the pork buns, brussel sprouts, and ramen. Not a fan of the paper straws in the drinks or one of the only two single stall bathrooms being broken. Also would love for a better dessert menu (only a chocolate peanut butter cake or a funfetti cake) as well as a specific mocktail menu with prices. Mocktails should be less expensive than cocktails since they don’t have alcohol.

My first time to State Lunch in downtown Augusta. I have heard great buzz about this eatery, and it is well deserved!! The atmosphere is cool and laid back with local artistry. There is bar seating as well as tables. Many craft cocktails, and at least 30 whiskeys from which to choose. Local draught beers are on tap as well. Also a great wine list.

I’ve been to State Lunch many times, and the food and drinks are always excellent. I went yesterday and they were doing Alice in Wonderland themed cocktails. The one pictured in the tea cup was a hibiscus gin cocktail, and it was delicious. I love the fries with garlic aioli, and the pork belly bowl buns and pork belly ramen are my go tos. Always so good.
