Pizza is good customer service is garbage. 2 deliveries in a row had horrible experience. 1st time the lady was holding my pizza sideways and the pizza was not in any type of order and was stone cold. Second time they told me a hour and a half. Took 3 hours and they refused to give me any type of discount at all. Not only was the delivery twice as long as they said but then the forgot half my side. Been eating state line for at least 20 years going back to the Hammomd location. I refuse to order from them again. They need to learn how to deal with costumers and lose the attitude. I know the costumer is not always right but they need to do better

Hello! This is the first time I’ve ever reviewed a place before about their food quality. My name is Adam. And my girlfriend Jennifer ordered a medium deep dish pizza with fresh mushroom today the 17th of November for my birthday. First thing is first. We both agree that they have great crust. But that is as far as the praise goes. The cheese was overcooked. The sauce was bland. We could hardly taste it. But most importantly. And this is the main reason I am reviewing them. Is because it was greasy. Like SUPER greasy. So greasy in fact that the toppings just fell off the crust. That is the main reason they got 1 star. The fact I had to eat this pizza with a fork because if you grabbed the back of the crust to lift the pizza up and off the rest of the toppings went. I’ve had deep dish. And I love deep dish so much. I specifically asked for deep dish for my birthday. And I got this mistake. I was severely let down. I don’t think we will be ordering from there again and I recommend no one else does. If you want good deep dish, do more research than I did. Because I chose wrong.

I’ve had pizza, wings & the garlic knots plenty of times but tried their calzone tonight and it was delicious! I’ve never had issues with the service or staff @ Highland location. This fried calzone is my new guilty pleasure!

I ordered a 2 family pizzas , was going to spend 62 bucks , it’s been 2 hours , so I decided to call in , the guy answering the phone got a attitude with me , he was very disrespectful, because he forgot to to put the pizza ticket through and he told me, we for some reason , he forgot to do it. I have eaten at stateline pizza for years , when my Business had party’s i order state line pizza ! Not any more ! I will never order form the highland state line pizza!!!! It’s a real shame cause state line pizza is one of my favorite!

NEVER will I order from them again! I ordered a stuffed pizza for pick up. The guy who took my ordered repeated back to me my order and I corrected him and said no stuffed. He said oh stuffed okay. Then he told me 30 minutes. I then questioned only 30 minutes for a stuffed?, he paused and said yes. I told my husband the guys must be new give it 45. We have been ordering for over ten years from here. My husband came home with the pizza and it was a flat pizza. I called immediately and the same kid answered the phone and admitted it was his fault. Not a big deal , mistakes happen and I am sure he is new. The issue I had is the his boss got on the phone and tells oh you wanted a stuff and I said yes. Then tells me I will need to bring back the pizza they gave me, pay the difference and wait 40 minutes for a new one! Unbelievable! Not an apology let us give you a credit, nothing. Just lost a long time customer!
