The workers, in my experiences, have all provided great customer service at this location. Most are polite. Sometimes it does take a while for them to answer when we buzz to order. It would be better if they could at least acknowledge that they’ll soon be with us. Almost left recently thinking the speaker wasn’t working.

I only stopped by for a Coke Zero. It didn’t taste like the Coke Zero’s from other fast food places. It tasted flat and watered down. The person that delivered it was very friendly, but that was my first visit to Stars and very likely my last.

Everytime that my wife and I go to the Rio Grande Valley we always have to go here. Personally, I feel that they’re better than Sonic Drive-in. If the owners were to add a location to San Antonio Texas I’m sure that it would quickly become one of the places to be. Parking is always easy to find.

They can’t hear you or just decided to ignore your Order Request Cause when I say no Onions it’s like they add EXTRA!! And when you say Cheese Please They Don’t Add it .. always check your order before leaving.

Are sure you count your change!! Been there twice and did not get correct coins back. Gave her $20 for order of $4.10. Received my $15 and couple pennies and dime. When questioned her she said you got correct dollars back. I should of gotten $.90 back not this little bit of change. This is the second time didn’t receive correct change back. While sitting there another couple asked server where her change was. Will have correct change so server can not pocket our change.

The banana splits and mozzarella sticks are solid and the shakes and burgers are the best I love this place just for the food better than sonic!!

I will never go back to this starts. Bad management .I went around 4 to get some food . Around 4:15 my truck didn’t want to start so I asked one of the severs to see if someone could give me a boost she came back out and said yes but it would be a few. I waited around 5 I asked another sever to see if they would help me and she came back out and said the manager said they couldn’t help me . ♀️ ♀️ I told them I do not know anyone here in Donna was I just wait there she said ma’am I don’t want to tell you and am sorry. Seriously around 5:30 a man and his wife stop and helped me am so glad GOD sent them . If not I was gonna have to call my dad and he lives in San Benito.. THANK YOU MANAGEMENT ANYWAYS!!

The only reason I rated this place a 2 star in service was that I live about 7 miles from this place and I ordered an unsweetened tea with my meal. Due to the fact I can’t consume sugar. Got home and again, surprise I got a sweet tea. Had to throw it away and had to drink my meal with a cup of water.
