If you’re looking for a new coffee spot to try out, I would definitely recommend checking out the Starbucks Reserve in our neighborhood. While I wouldn’t say it’s the absolute best coffee I’ve ever had, I definitely enjoyed my experience there and think it’s worth a visit.

I went to the Starbucks Reserve on a Tuesday around 5PM and it was a little crowded but that’s to be expected. The drinks were made nicely and exactly how I wanted customized. We did have to wait a while to get some attention for a straw but it’s fully understandable. There were a bunch of people lounging around and even someone sleeping. The tables were a bit messy with trash on some of them but overall it was a pretty good experience and I would come back if given the chance

So I’m going to be honest. I have been going to this Starbucks throughout COVID. They have been open throughout. But this one guy who I thought was awesome has had a bite of an attitude lately. I had a verbal altercation with him after I pre-ordered and 30 mins in they couldnt find my drink and blamed it on me then 2 mins later it’s appeared and he said nothing. Then today I walked in and he was having an issue with another customer. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name but will do next time I’m in.

Excellent service and food and beverage options are served at all Starbucks Reserve. This particular location has employees that are always a pleasure to interact with. The store manager, Nicole, is very professional and does a great job of keeping customers and her team happy. I only wish I had time to stop by more than once a week. If you are new to the Starbucks Reserve concept, look up at the menu board and order something from the Reserve offerings. You will not be disappointed.

If you’re a coffee lover and especially a Starbucks lover, this is SUCH a gem! I’m a barista from downtown Hartford, Connecticut and was excited to have a unique experience in trying some exclusive beverages here – and I was not disappointed! The inside is smaller than I had thought, but nevertheless very impressive and comfortable. It’s very easy to escape the city noise here.
