I came in and they were closed around 1pm on a Sunday. I shopped around and checked my groceries out and seen that they were open. It was two people back there and was the second person to be seen. I turned around the guy was gone and it was only the young lady making drinks. I stood in line for over an hour and never got to place my order. I looked up the young lady was gone as well. There was no one back there at all. I hated to leave the line after I patiently waited for over an hour without placing an order but I couldn’t wait any longer. I did feel sorry for the young lady that was back there by herself. But she did continue to make the online orders while we were waiting in line she didn’t ring no one up for at least an hour and 30 mins. I was so disappointed because this is the only Starbucks that’s close to me and I hate coming here. I never experienced this type of customer service from Starbucks ever!!!!

I’m giving this location a 1 because they were able to fix the strawberry lemonade. It’s so unfortunate to go to a business and they are unable to provide a service to the customers. The cashier was very short and rude. I am guessing she was rude because she was talking on her phone via speaker phone. After reading the signs, I realized I could only order online and could not get a drink that required the use of the blender. Starbucks, that is well known for blended drinks. A customer walked up and asked for a Medicine Ball and the cashier said they didn’t make them. That was a lie because I’ve gotten several from that location. She also said they didn’t have any food. At this point, why open for the day? Then the appearance was completely off. Boxes in front of the register. Not clean looking at all. Let’s do better Starbucks. Today was very disappointing.

They are so slow here! When I do a mobile order I expect it to be ready at the time it says it will be ready. Not an hour later! This happens a lot here. Drink be good though.

I don’t normally drink Starbucks because I think it’s too strong for me but I love coffee. I decided to get a cup but wasn’t sure what to get. The young lady was super, super nice and patient with me and made several suggestions. I asked her what she likes and she told me. I decided to get that and it was delicious!!! I really appreciate how sweet she was. I told her I would be back. I didn’t get her name, I just know it was 2 of them and she seemed to be training the other young lady. ☺️

This Starbucks ALWAYS have excuses! 2nd time I came same excuses and closing before 8pm. Just ridiculous. The only Starbucks in our neighborhood, have to drive to another area to get service without excuses!

I was really craving Starbucks so I ignored the reviews so I only have myself to blame. I walk in of course not greeted bc the employee is on their phone. I see a sign that says “No steamed drinks” I asked are you able to serve ice latte, and the response was sorry I just clocked out for my break. I drove all the way across town for that! Never again

I got there and didn’t see anyone at the stand. My daughter and I drove 25 out to get drinks. Once I noticed not one at the post I went to customer service. The customer service representative was very helpful. She went upstairs and found a manager. Once the manager was found the barista returned to the post and stated that they had just received a shipment and couldn’t make any hot drinks. I ask if cold drinks were available. She made my drink and said there wasn’t any whip cream. She then said give her 20 minutes to stock up and she’ll be able to make the other drinks for me. I walked around the store with my daughter and mother. We returned sitting down eating and patiently waiting. Customer came in an all waited only to be turned away because now the story had changed. She was now closed and didn’t know what time the other barista would come in. Rather than communicate that with me she ignored and continued to stock up. I had to overhear a conversation between her and another employee that she is closed. I wasn’t my time there for an hour. She didn’t have no remorse and her lack of communication left a bad taste in my mouth. Never again

Y’all pay $10/hr (“pLuS tIpS “) and wonder why no one wants to work there on a weekend or at all…do better or sell the franchise to someone who knows how business works. I’ve never seen the owner get in there and sweep the floor or make drinks, they just close down randomly while continuing to accept mobile orders if they can’t get someone to work for scraps.
