Went through the drive thru. We ordered and everything just fine and when we got to the window they asked us to “remind” them what our order was. I didn’t know we had to completely reorder and they didn’t put oat milk which I had mentioned in my original order. After waiting 20 minutes in line and for this to happen is not okay. And not even the courtesy of a drink stopper was given. Not returning to this location again.

I bought the new olatea shaken and waited till I got home to drink it and it was the grossest coffee I had in a while. A thick oily substance was floating on top and I tried to shake it again but it just goes to the top and oily feeling in my mouth doesn’t go away

Rude and not helpful at all. I would rather drive farther for better customer service. Ordered on the app went in to pick up and my cup didn’t have a stopper or sleeve, it wasn’t hot by the time I got into my car, I had to ask for it. I asked for a cup that was released that morning. She said if it’s not out there we don’t have it. Not true, I’ve gone there plenty of times and I ask for it and they bring it out from the back. I told her this and she said, like I said if it not there we don’t have it, very rudely. It was 5:30 am. They couldn’t be out of cups at that time. So I drove to another location and got my cup. It would have cost her nothing to go get me the cup from the back. I won’t be going to this location anymore.

I went there for the first time a few months back and experienced bad customer service! The staff member (short girl), who appeared to me a manager seemed very bothered when I asked her about a missing item in my order. In a rude and condescending way she told me to have a seat. I got my order and left, never again going back to this location @ Starbucks

The worst Starbucks in El Paso. The staff is incompetent. Every other order I get is either incorrect or made differently. How does someone make the wrong drink even when it’s on the screen in front of them?. Wait times are usually slow and I don’t even go during rush hour.

First day of opening & my Caramel Crunch Frappuccino did not have the crunch it’s supposed to have on top of the whip & to top it off it had chunks of ice! I hope they get better at making the drinks & add what it’s suppose to come with! It looked messy!!
