Horrible service in all today by Ari. First if you do not have customer service skills or have no care for any type of Good customer service why are you working in customer services? I came in at 4:45pm on January 23, 2023. I asked for a simple Mango DRAGONFRUIT Lemonade. Not a plain lemonade. I paid like every other customer. When she gave me my drink I asked her what it was because it looked like a plain lemonade. No mango, no dragonfruit just plain white looking drink. Definitely not what I ordered and paid for. I asked her where the other ingredients were and she replied we don’t have dragonfruit. Oh well what is a mango Dragonfruit lemonade without the dragonfruit and no mango. It was a lemonade. She got attitude and I just asked for my refund. Will not return to this starbucks location. Very disappointing.

Stopped here and wouldnt go back the dark haired girl was rude I simply asked a cpl times to make sure that I was getting a decaf drink because I have had my drinks that I ordered decaf come caffeinated before and I get very sick if I drink full caffeine drinks. She was very rude about me questioning that! That’s a shame ☹️

I went to this store today, for my free Birthday drink and the lady at the drive through window was wonderful, I didn’t catch her name but she had a British or English accent. She asked my name and when she gave me my drink she sang the birthday song quickly, but it wasn’t embarrassing! She took the time to show some extra customer service and it made my day! Thank you kind lady! ❤

I went to the Starbucks on Nobhill inside of Safeway at 9:58 am and said Good morning to the Barista (Maria D.) as I was approaching the register. She didn’t say Good morning back, or even acknowledge me until about a minute later of me standing there. I ignored it and continued to be polite as I thought she may not be having a Good morning, maybe she didn’t hear me, or maybe she didn’t hear me. Once she got to the register I proceeded to tell her my order and she looked at me dead in the eye for a good 5-7 seconds with a confused and disgusted look and then w a disgruntled tone said “I’ve never heard of that before.” (Still with the same look on her face) My order was a venti iced coffee w vanilla bean powder and a splash of coconut milk. I explained to her what it had inside of it and after some more uncomfortable conversation she ended up making my drink and I was just glad to get it and go. I’ve never had an unpleasant experience with any other Starbucks barista at this location or any other location. Starbucks is known to be friendly and goes the extra mile to make sure it’s customers are taken care of. I’ve been going to Starbucks for 10+ years, but after this experience I’ll definitely be making a longer drive in the morning to get my coffee at a different location now. (Although my job is 1 minute from this location) I think the Starbucks manager should have a different employee in the mornings who is polite and can at least fake the funk to represent the company for what it stands for.

Meh. Don’t care for Starfudge…. And no, that’s not a typo or autocorrect, that is what I call them, Starfudge. I didn’t even go in this one, just was driving buy and got stopped nearby and my maps program ASSumed I went there. Ha, ha Google Maps, you don’t know me as well as you think you do.
