I ordered several drinks (all the same). The drinks were not great. Most of them were not finished. I was waiting on the right side for them to be done. I got my tablet out while I waited. They finished making my drinks and didn’t even tell me they were done. When I said thank you and have a great day, they didn’t even look in my direction or say anything to me. Made me feel unwelcome.

This Starbucks location, just east of I-405 near the Seahawks Training Facility, was outstanding. It was staffed with enough employees that even though the drive thru was “slammed” the customers who opted to go inside were served without a wait, an unusual experience for me when a drive thru location is slammed. I received a pleasant, friendly greeting – my order was correct and produced quickly and the store was clean and well supplied. An overall pleasant experience.

I’m not a coffee person so I got a large chai. The barista was very nice and I got my drink quickly. My 2 star rating is really for the drink. It was the worse chai I have ever had. It tasted off and the drink was luke warm. I couldn’t even bring myself to finish it. I think from now on if I go back I’ll taste it before I leave.

So this Starbucks is located inside Safeway, so you could order a drink and do some grocery shopping at the same time. They only have pastries so none of the lunch foods.
