Don’t go to this Starbucks location in Fred Meyer. Every time we try to get drinks from this one, the gal says she can only do regular brewed coffee until her boss gets back. You’re losing money and customers. I won’t go back.

There are NO OUTLETS in this cafe. There is great seating and lighting but this is NOT a location where you can come work for a little bit. Had one of the best cold foam cold brews I’ve ever had though, but it was a pain expecting to show up and be able to work a little bit and have nowhere to plug in a laptop.

Typically this starbucks is fine. However, tonight I was very disappointed. There was a young girl at the register and she told me that she is a new employee who is still training. She then told me that her trainer (who was also the only other person working that shift with her) left for an HOUR long dinner break and she didn’t have a register code. So, she could only serve hot black coffee and ice water. She couldn’t open a register for AN HOUR and could only serve free drinks. She was super kind and sweet towards me but she looked defeated. It is absurd that this location is treating their NEW employees like this. The lady was obviously embarrassed, confused and upset. I felt so badly for her. Starbucks needs to do better.

Worst Starbucks experience we’ve ever had. The baristas were sitting on their phones ignoring customers. Then when we finally ordered they said they were out of coffee and would make an americano instead or they could brew more but it would take 5 minutes. Then they put up a sign saying they were out of coffee. So they had the ability to make more coffee but decided to just put up a sign saying they were out, which doesn’t seem like something a COFFEE shop should do. Anyway, we will not be back and I don’t recommend you go.

They’re always chill and nice. They’ve made drinks for me that other locations couldn’t/wouldn’t make and they’re super patient; I was with someone the other day who took a really long time to decide what they wanted (no one was behind us) and the barista didn’t even seem bothered. I prefer to go to this one out of the other locations because of how nice they are, and the drinks seem to taste better as well.

To me Starbucks coffee is Starbucks coffee. The difference between one compared to the other is the people working there. This Starbucks has Tia working and managing there. She makes this shop special. She’s very friendly, fast, and kind. So this is my favorite Starbucks

They try to ring up my coffee that I previously purchased every single time even though I take it out of my zipped purse while they watch and it isn’t even a type of coffee they even carry! They are rude when I tell them it has already been purchased and often grind it wrong. Last time they ground extremely course after I asked for fine and didn’t even offer to correct it when told it was wrong. From now on I’ll drive the extra two miles for polite service done correctly.

Really enjoyed my experience here the other day. Even though there was a young guy who was new (clearly intimidated by other customers) he did an excellent job. They were friendly, the coffee was great, and I will definitely go back! Also just a side note, I’m very discouraged when I hear about customers who are so spoiled, that they throw tantrums just because they have to wait a few extra minutes. We are adults, no need to throw tantrums. Let’s try to be encouraging to these baristas!

I love the order head function on the app. I use it 99% of the time. I have hd only 3 instances where i drove up and they didn’t have the order ready. Their customer service has been nothing less than stellar. I have nothing bad to say about Starbucks. Just keep on rockin!
