I am extremely satisfied with the preparation at the Sunset branch. The decision to provide a double coffee cup is greatly appreciated as it prevents any messiness. Whenever I order coffee, this branch is always my top choice. In my opinion, this location should serve as a model store compared to the disappointing experiences at the Meridian and Bakerview branches. I sincerely hope that the Sunset branch continues to uphold its high standards and avoids following in the footsteps of the Meridian and Bakerview locations. Thank you to the manager and baristas for consistently delivering excellent service. I frequently order both coffee and cold drinks here, and I am grateful for the positive experiences I have had.

Stopped here this am with intentions of letting them know the large cups leak as my last 2 did so at work. I told the young lady in drive thru and she says I know as if it’s not an issue. I asked for a refund because I didn’t want the leaking cup she gave me. She said she had no way to do that. I asked for management and he instantly gives refund. I spend too much money here for them to not try and remedy that issue, especially when they’ve have known for some time.

Once when I was little and I was away from my mom for a long time I went to this Starbucks with my grandma and we just got something warm and sat in a very comfortable couch and cried together and crocheted together and I felt so much better!
