Longest wait of any location I have ever been to.. looks like they could use at least 1 more person to help out with service in the mornings, because 2 just didn’t cut it. But coffee was still good.

This particular store was inside the Fred Myer store and they were very slow & they had 3 people working in the Starbucks area & the person making my drink which was a caramel macchiato, didn’t put the shots in on top of the drink, she put the cup under the dispenser which makes the espresso shots drizzle slowly into the cup instead of correctly, quickly pouring the shots in! By doing it correctly, makes the best part of what a macchiato is supposed to be! I was disappointed, but it took so long to get my drink, I didn’t have time to have them redo it!

A long wait to get served with only three persons in the line, but the drip coffee was fresh and worth it. Plenty of seating area, and the staff was helpful, friendly and courteous. $3 for a drip coffee is pretty steep, but it is reliable and predictable. Has the Fred Meyer wifi, and lots of parking outside.

Great service with good coffee. Was directing a play that required cups from Starbucks. This location was very generous and donated enough cups for my cast to use during 12 performances. Great community support.

The service was horrible. My drink watered down and when I asked if they can remake it they just made it the same ways with little to no coffee. Save your time and try somewhere else.

Both times I have gone in during a short two week period there have been major challenges with their equipment . The first time the register was down and I had to walk to the store register to put in a code to pay for my coffee and then bring the receipt back to Starbucks to prove I paid for it . The second time which was today , their espresso machine is down bummer for such a high traffic corporate run coffee joint .
