Told me i had to charge app again. Ok pulled money out twice. I was confused. Maybe showed it a little but was calm. They put my lid for iced coffee on without securing. Lid came off and coffee got over inside of truck. They seemed like they didnt give an “S”. Apologize if im confused why app took money off on both times they scanned. Screw with my coffee though.. irritating.

What self-respecting Starbucks closes at 6:30PM? Not only do they close early, they keep their sign on afterwards. I drove into the parking lot (from which there is only ONE EXIT that you can’t turn left from), got out of my car, and discovered a locked door. Employees did not come to the door – nor did they offer any explanation or apology for the sign still being on. Note to the Manager/Owner: TURN YOUR SIGN OFF AFTER YOU CLOSE FOR THE NIGHT.
