I actendly ordered the grab and go at the wrong location. I did get it again at the Starbucks inside of Safeway witch is different from the actual Starbucks locations are. The service was ok, they seemed unhappy. Good coffee still, I just wish there were better communication on the app. Other than that I still miss my old Starbucks on 82nd and Eastport plaza.

Patti is consistently the rudest barista. I often go to this Starbucks because it’s by my had and most all the employees are fine but Patti is just unpleasant. I rarely write reviews, not unless the service was exceptional or quite the opposite.. congrats Patti you take the cake.

I ordered my drink 13 minutes ago and 3 people before me ordering multiple drinks got theirs first. I came for a drink and am leaving late for work as well. Baristas are laughing and not paying attention to what is needed to make the drinks in a timely manner. I don’t recommend this particular Starbucks.

I’m so sorry you all had a bad experience at Starbucks. I used to work at Safeway. If you want to report any of the workers, you’ll need to do a comment. card on the person who gave you a bad impression. And that way it will get put in that person’s employment record. Management always read those.
