The barista’s are GREAT! HOWEVER, whoever does scheduling needs to be reminded that, mornings are when most coffee is consumed, so, there should be more than one barista working those early mornings hours…with one person taking orders, ringing up purchases, heating pastries and sandwiches AND making up drink orders…service can be PAINFULLY Slow. Today for instance, I was the 11th person in line, with more behind me..about a 15 minute wait…for coffee…

It was happy hour and it was supposed to be buy 1 get one free and they didn’t follow that. I ended paying 11$!! Wouldn’t try to do deals there I’d recommend the one in kukui grove or any other one. AND THERE WAS A FLY WHERE THEY DISPLAY THE FOOD!!

Staff does not know how to make the drinks on the menu. I was told I could not order the item I wanted because the barista did not know how to make it. Before anyone is left alone to man the shop, they should have this basic knowledge, or at least know where to find the information.

Best Starbucks in Kauai. Its the only one I can find that will give me a Venti Ice water with my other drink. Not only was the service super amazing but they didn’t make it a big deal when I asked for side of water so I could take my meds. I have had such a hard time getting ice water and even ICE since I got here. Safeway deli and Starbucks made our vacation. Thank YOU!!!!!

Very dirty must be 1/4 ” dust on the shelf behind the back counter. Service is ultra slow people leave all the time as the line moves so slow even with 3 people in line it can take up to 15 min just have your order taken then when the order is taken the price is always different I order the same drink every Saturday after shopping and the price varies from$4.82 to 6.44 for the same order with no explanation why.the staff has an I get paid whether anyone orders or not. Store should be closed will not come back. Would give negative stars if I could
