My wife and I have never had any problems whatsoever with this premises. It is cleaner than the other Granite Bay location down the road, and the staff have always been nice to us. It is Starbucks coffee so no comment needed in this regard.

The girls here need to pay attention. I ordered a grande hot white mocha with caramel. The drink tasted horrible. When I asked her to remake she said the gal wrote my order down wrong and made the order for a flat white. She then remade the drink. Again it was wrong. It was now a regular mocha instead of a white mocha with caramel. They were not busy as there was no line. No reason for the poor service the girls just are not paying attention. Instead too busy talking to one another.

I have tried to go to this store. It every time I return the service is HORRIBLE. Was just there as it is close to multiple places where I ride horses. There was one barista hacking away to a customer who literally walked away from the register as soon as it was my turn. I turned to leave and one of the other five baristas standing behind the bar laughed and said , “oh, guess she’s leaving” when I turned and walked out. Our store manager in Folsom never has that many people working/loafing and she would slay them if they treated a customer like the store in Granite Bay! Worst Starbucks EVER! Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 12 noon!

Service nice and pleasant. They didn’t ask for my name for the brink so I had to ask to insure I was taking my brink and no one else’s drink. Floor was a little dirty. Enjoyed the music, Frank Sinatra. Very cool. Over all it was OK.

Call ahead to find out if the manager is on duty. If she is, then avoid this location like the black plague. I have never before seen a manager create more unnecessary chaos than this lady. Don’t know why but she insists on standing right behind the cashier yelling orders and drinks out like a drill Sargent before your even at the register which screws everyone up. The cashier has to have the order repeated again. The barrista has to hear the order multiple times which causes drinks to get skipped or extras made. All the while the poor employees look stressed out of their minds and like they are going to snap. If she’s not there then order is restored and drinks get made as normal. I never thought i would say there was a need for decaf but this lady needs to make the switch.

This is a pretty average SBUX with awful hours (closes at 7pm), but it is close to my house so I frequent it when not needing a drive thru. Nice folks there, but I almost never get my espresso macchiato made correctly. Ironically this is their founders preferred drink and few seem to know it….

I would like to come here more often, but I never know if they will be open!! I don’t even see their hours of operation posted on the front door. They seem to change daily. It also has a very “run down” feel to it. Needs a remodel… badly!!

I chill here all day every day doing my homework. I have gotten to just about finish my degree online using the free WiFi its a place where everybody knows your name if you’re a regular like me you get free food and drink all the time. I love it here. I can sit and people watch all day.
