This is genuinely the worst starbucks in California. Not only are they extremely slow but every time I place an order, they make it wrong. They make it wrong so consistently I’ve began to wonder if it’s a joke to them. Then when you call them out, they get annoyed. I wouldn’t call you out for it if you made it correctly in the first place.

I’ve never been to a Starbucks location where they didn’t have someone at the register… or greet you and acknowledge you at all as you stand at the register waiting to order. Not a single person in line with me but 4 different workers walked by and didn’t even turn their head to acknowledge me. A “we will be with you shortly” would have gone a long way. After waiting a few minutes I just left. ♀️ Guess I’ll stick with my regular location.

Staff is lil rude and not so friendly! messed up with my drinks and food multiple times, they do not even feel bad when they mess up your drinks and suggest to go to other starbucks across the street! been having starbucks coffee for years in the bay but this particular location is not what starbucks represent!
