Just not happy with the servers they just don’t listen to what the customer what’s I ask with light ice and it’s the second time the do it and not only that they get upset and put less of what I ask and just put more milk and my drink just tastes like milk bad servers need to pay attention and stop talking between them

I went in on my birthday like I do every year to redeem my Starbucks drink the cashier kept talking over me as I was trying to tell her that I’m redeeming my birthday drink. So then she proceeds to try and charge me for it. Then I’m waiting for my drink and it comes out and looks like water with pink food coloring in it basically nothing like what I would get somewhere else. It tastes like water with a splash of lemonade.

I ordered an iced green tea it tasted like peppermint tea I don’t even think they serve peppermint tea here so I don’t know how it taste like peppermint tea there’s only one lady behind the counter the management needs to hire more people this is a really busy Starbucks that’s messed up for her please don’t stop here if they will change
