Been here 6 to 7 times and they always make the drink wrong or dont secure the lids to the drink. I never say anything and the one time I very politely asked for a simple alteration (they made it wrong in the first place) they gave me attitude. It wasnt even busy. Over it and wont come back anymore.

Rude service and two ladies gave me bad looks because I asked for a straw and made me feel stupid. They treat younger teens trashy. Very unprofessional and problematic. I didn’t catch the ladies name but she had her hair up and my sister had the same experience with her giving bad looks. The other lady had the dyed hair that looked bleached or green.

Nice newish Starbucks off the freeway in Lakewood. It has treated concrete floors and an open interior with the long table and other seating options. Also it was open when it said it would be open at 5 am, not just drive through, which has been a frequent occurrence for me stopping at Starbucks in this area recently.

The manager does not believe that her customers lives matter. The manager is very rude, disrespectful, and judgemental. She does not value or appreciate the life long customers that have been choosing starbucks since you opened in LA. I feel sorry for the regular baristas that work hard for the lazy and discriminatory manager. The manager should be demoted or fired and watch the staff improve and sales soar daily by increasing returning customers.
